Wow Andrew, that video is superb. Excellent editing as well. I must ask what camcorder you are using and what are you using to edit with. Final Cut? And on what? Macbook?? Macbook Pro? I don't know how you are managing to do all this intricate camera work while you are trekking through the jungle??? You must be related to Survivorman.
As I sit here in my modern Kitsilano apartment with all the comforts I could ever want or need, I truly feel worlds away from you. But hopefully soon I will be joining you in an other world as I may be planning an adventurous trek through Africa... You've definitely inspired my adventurous spirit!
Hi Andrew..wow!, amazing video and your unbelievable fluency in Spanish...your experiences in the jungle so much remind me of my own trip up the Amazon from Iquitos back in 1990..I was just showing Sue my photos from then and they're very much like yours..I guess not much changes in the remote jungle communities.. I remember seeing a wild bird that likes to hang out with chickens but have forgotten its name something like a Pangoro or something..maybe you've seen them? Did that concoction you snorted have any effect? I'm wondering if if it's anything like the the chu -chu-wassi they persuaded me to drink.. we'll compare notes when you get back! Great going Andrew and congrats for lots of reasons. hasta la vista mi amigo...
